Butterfly Valves are an ideal low cost hydraulic reservoir shut off valve. These valves are designed to meet the demanding needs of the fluid power industry. Unique features include an O-ring flange face seal complying with S.A.E. J518 dimensional requirements. This design provides for bubble tight reservoir shut off up to 25 psi (1.72 bar) and a maximum temperature of 180°F (82.2°C). The compact envelope dimension reduces space requirements. Unit allows for adjustment by incorporating an open/close detent position lock which can be infinitely positioned to achieve a desired flow rate. The unique design resists the vibrations associated with hydraulic pumps and pumping systems. Optional fluoroelastomer seals and locking handle are available. The FSV10 Series electronic proportioning solenoid valves can control the flow of a wide variety of gases and liquids. The variablestroke electromagnetic valve is pulsed by the driver electronics, maintaining the correct magnetic flux level in the solenoid and holding flow at the level of the analog input setpoint signal. A TTL-level input allows the valve to be shut off regardless of analog setpoint signal. The output power level of the driver electronics is jumper selectable for cooler, more efficient operation. The FSV10 Series requires 12 to 30 Vdc, supplied by the optional FSV-PW 110 Vac plug-in power supply or via the 9-pin D connector (included). These valves come with 8 inches of wire, which must be soldered to the 9-pin D connector.

The SVH-110 Series direct acting solenoid valves are normally closed valves that open when energized and close when de-energized. When the coil is energized the plunger lifts the piston off the valve seat, opening the valve. Upon de-energizing the coil, a spring closes the piston to seat it. The normally open valve operates similarly, closing when energized and opening when de-energized. No minimum pressure is required. The SVH-110 Series are used to control the flow of high pressure air, water, hydrogen, nitrogen and other gases or light liquids compatible with materials of construction. They are also suitable for cryogenic applications.

An electronically controlled proportioning valve (ECV) will take an electrical input signal (usually 4 to 20 mA) and proportion the amount of flow through a pipe from fully closed to fully open. These valves are used in industrial automation controls as proportional actuators and other industrial control applications. The OmegaTM ECV valve features programmable reverse or direct acting control. Direct acting means that, as the current signal rises, the valve allows more flow, while reverse acting will decrease the flow rate with an increasing current signal. These units can also be programmed to sense a failure in the current loop and fully close/ open the valve upon the signal levels dropping below 4.0 mA. Dry contact remote switches can be used in conjunction with the standard current signal to provide an alarm signal which fully closes/opens the valve. The rugged epoxy-coated aluminum package insures NEMA-4X protection or the powerful microprocessor and servo actuator.
